DataGridViewCellConvertEventArgs Members

Cell	Gets the cell that is being formatted or parsed.
ConvertApplied	Gets or sets a value indicating whether the value has been successfully converted.
DesiredType	Gets the data type of the desired value to convert to.
Value	Gets or sets the formatted or parsed value of the cell.

Equals (inherited from Object)	Overloaded. Determines whether two Object instances are equal.
